Tri-Lakes CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) trains and supports volunteers who intervene in the juvenile court system to advocate for children in abuse and neglect cases. Advocates work alongside Department of Human Services and Division of Children and Family Services. Case workers and investigators represent these children's best interests and provide relief to a critically overburdened child welfare system. Serving Clark, Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, and Pike Counties. Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
