Case Management
Case management is provided by trained professionals who advocate for the best interests of each youth in crisis who comes to OCC for help. Whether a resident of the shelter or those who use the outreach support services offered both in Hot Springs and Arkadelphia, OCC provides individualized case management that assesses needs and coordinates services to meet them.
Working closely with schools, therapists, court, and other agencies, case managers help youth to navigate through various services, systems, agencies, and requirements. Case management assures that each young person secures the resources needed for a more hopeful future.
Youth who are court ordered into Juvenile Correctional facilities are also supported by OCC from the time of commitment through release, reintegration, and follow-up. For those who have been incarcerated, the after-care services extend to those ages 10-21.
