The agency's services are 14 senior activity centers across the 10-county West Central Arkansas region, offering Meals on Wheels, group meals, socialization, recreations and educational activities, wellness programs and activities and other services to seniors. AAA is the main source of funding for the Senior Centers. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

The agency’s skilled and passionate staff cares for Arkansans of all ages. Arkansans may apply for a vast array of services at their local county office as well as online. Services include AR Kids First health insurance for children, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as food stamps), Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) and Medicaid. Additionally, DHS protects children and the elderly who have been abused or neglected.

Hot Spring County Health Unit offers numerous programs to help families in their needs. Birth certificates and death certificates are available upon request. WIC, Family Planning, Immunizations and Maternity. WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breast feeding women, infants and children up to age 5. Family Planning offer annual exams, contraceptives and pregnancy testing among other programs. Immunizations are offered to children and adolescents along with flu vaccinations. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
