Child support agencies provide these services to families: locate noncustodial parents, establish paternity, establish and enforce support orders, modify and enforce support orders, modify orders when appropriate and collect and disburse child support payments. Either parent may apply for services. Grandparents or other custodians may also apply.

Tri-Lakes CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) trains and supports volunteers who intervene in the juvenile court system to advocate for children in abuse and neglect cases. Advocates work alongside Department of Human Services and Division of Children and Family Services. Case workers and investigators represent these children's best interests and provide relief to a critically overburdened child welfare system. Serving Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, and Pike Counties. Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
