Our Street Outreach program provides services which include:

• Access To Emergency Shelter
• Survival Aid
• Individual Assessments
• Trauma-Informed Treatment & Counseling
• Information & Referrals
• Crisis Intervention
• Follow-Up Support

This program's goal is to provide services which are important to the individual and to help them leave the streets. We hope to enable our youth by building relationships and provide support services that aim to move youth into stable housing and prepare them for independence.
